Hardwood floor maintenance
We can offer a free site survey and recommend the best processes to achieve the appropriate finishes for hard floors.  We recognise that wood, granite, terrazzo and marble all require different treatments.  We can advise on remedial requirements to remove spots and stains and, thereafter, offer an ongoing maintenance programme.

End of tenancy
We will draw up a full inventory with you of what is required at your site at the end of a tenancy.  Our mobile cleaning team specialise in responding quickly to requests for a through, deep clean.  We have all the necessary equipment and materials to offer a comprehensive service.  In addition to cleaning of surfaces, floors, appliances, woodwork, toilets and washrooms, we also offer window cleaning and carpet cleaning.  We will agree a schedule of works with you and a price for the job.  We are very experienced in this area and have numerous clients who have been extremely satisfied with our results.

Deep Cleaning
We can respond promptly to requests for deep cleaning, whatever the reasons, i.e., a periodic spring clean, a thorough clean after construction work or in preparation for occupancy.  We may also recommend an ad hoc deep clean before we begin a daily or weekly contract with you so that we can operate from a strong starting point.  We can provide a detailed cleaning schedule and quotation showing each area and our recommendations as to what is needed to restore it to exemplary conditions.
